The STIRLING METHOD teaches participants how to practise mindful meditation while exercising the body. Yes this is possible!

Experience this unique holistic method of practice that includes strengthening and stretching the physical body, enhancing the release of endorphins from the brain improving mental and emotional wellbeing, while identifying and healing the Energy body. The Energy Body consists of Centering, Grounding, Chakras, Energy Channels, and Aura.

Every aspect of you is included in this rich approach to being well, from the inside out, and the outside in.

Sarah Stirling

Both professionally and personally, Sarah Stirling has pursued a lifelong endeavor of personal healing and growth. Her background and training in nursing, metaphysics, biofeedback, meditation, and fitness have led to a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.

Through meditation I experienced that a loving heart and peaceful mind translate to feeling mentally and emotionally well, which supports my physical well-being. For me, mental and physical wellness has been, and always will be my focus, especially when I falter.

Along with her family, Sarah’s great loves are physical fitness, mindfulness, and learning. In March 2023, Sarah studied with the John W. Brick Foundation, earning the Mental Well-Being Certification for Fitness Professionals through the Mental Well-Being Association.

The creation of the STIRLING METHOD is a result of Sarah’s lifelong participation in Education, Mindfulness Practice, and Work.

It has taken dedication, patience, plenty of support, and most of all staying steadfast in my passion to contribute to the well-being of others. The STIRLING METHOD is my contribution.
